Welcome to Bethel Alliance Church

Our plan is to carry on the ministry of Jesus by sharing the good news, serving the needy and maturing the disciple in an atmosphere of genuine love.

The doors to this church are open to all who are feeling the tug of God on their heart. Your background makes little difference; God says, "Come to me, all of you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)

Within the walls of this church, you will hear the Gospel Story of God's mercy and compassion through His Son, Jesus Christ. You will be invited to receive God's message into your heart, and you can expect to be prayed for and comforted in your time of need and then challenged to live out God's plan for your life.

Sitting next to you will be people who are also seeking God's will. It is our hope, that in them, you will sense the love of Christ as they authentically worship God through His Word, music, and prayer.

Bethel Alliance Church COVID-19 Update (as of 5/29/20)

The church office will be open again Monday – Thursday from 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. beginning June 1st. Please practice social distancing and appropriate safety measures when stopping by the church.

In-Person Worship Services will resume on June 7th with some modifications

  • If you are feeling ill, have been exposed to COVID-19 within 14 days or have traveled outside the state within 14 days, we ask you to stay home and worship with us online. If you are at high risk,we leave the decision up to you. We will begin live-streaming the service on Facebook and YouTube so if you choose not to attend in person you can still be part of the Sunday Worship Service. We would like to encourage you to gather with other believers in homes to partake of the fellowship part of worship. Please call the church and Pastor Kevin will put you in touch with people willing to host other people in their homes on Sunday mornings.
  • There will be a limited number of chairs in the sanctuary and they will be placed 6 feet apart. Families are free to move their chairs together. We are working on an “overflow” area in the Fellowship Hall.
  • As long as masks are required by the state in “settings where physical distancing measures are difficult to maintain” we will be asking every person aged 12 and up to wear a mask. Masks will be optional for children younger than 12. We will not require our Worship Team or Pastor to wear a mask while they are up front, but they will be wearing masks otherwise. While we want to be respectful of everyone’s comfort level, we feel as if we must abide by the state guidelines on this issue.
  • Bulletins and prayer cards will be available, but will be placed on each chair before service.
  • Tithes, offerings & filled out prayer cards can be placed on the table that will be available in the foyer.
  • Communion will be prepackaged with the filled cup and wafer together. These will be distributed by gloved volunteers as you enter the sanctuary.
  • Hand sanitizer and disposable masks will be available on a table in the foyer.
  • We will be implementing revised and updated cleaning procedures for the church to help maintain your safety.
  • Doors and windows will be open, if possible, to allow for greater ventilation.
  • During the month of June we will not be offering Sunday School, Kids’ Church or Nursery Services. The front room of the nursery will, however, be available if a diaper should need to be changed. Pastor Luke will be working on scheduling some Youth Group activities. We will be resuming our Monday Evening Men’s Bible Study and Tuesday afternoon Ladies’ Bible Study during the first week in June. Prayer Gathering will resume on June 10th via Zoom and in-person.
  • During the month of June we will not be having our usual Coffee Hour or Community Supper. Since June was the time we normally recognized our high school seniors, please reach out to them, congratulate them and let them know they are loved.

"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10
